Operator and scope
This Privacy Policy describes information handled by vSAM VETSTREAM by vSAM AI TECHNOLOGIES, operated by vSAM AI TECHNOLOGIES. Registration and private profiles
Registration processes your name, email, authentication information, verification status and platform roles. Optional profile information can include date of birth, sex, location, professional details, language and notification preferences. You can correct or remove editable optional fields. Passwords are handled by the authentication service, not stored as profile text. Avatars are cropped and processed for platform use; public comments may display your chosen display name and avatar. Separately approved professional profiles may show fields you submit for public display.
Uploads and community information
We process uploaded videos, external links, titles, descriptions, taxonomy, metadata, uploader confirmations and technical processing information. Published videos and their public metadata are accessible to visitors. Comments and reactions support discussion; reports, support requests and internal moderation notes are not published as public comments. Uploaders must obtain permissions and protect patient/client privacy. Private classification evidence and transcripts support metadata review rather than automatic public disclosure.
Private library and viewing data
Saved videos, member playlists, watch history and viewing progress are private account features. Administrators may access information required to operate, secure and moderate the platform, but private member playlists, saved-video collections and individual viewing history are not intended for routine administrator inspection. Administrators receive anonymous or aggregate viewing analytics except where access is required for security, legal compliance or investigation of misuse. This policy does not itself grant administrators new access to private library records. Routine platform tools maintain owner-only access to that information.
Anonymous engagement statistics
Public view counts and engagement totals are anonymous or aggregate statistics. Qualified views use rotating anonymous browser-session identifiers rather than a public list of individual viewers. Public reaction counts do not reveal private viewing history.
Events, requests and operational records
We process event registrations, questions, notification choices, collaboration proposals and support, copyright, privacy and account-deactivation requests. Private access details and requester information are restricted as appropriate. Delivery, security, audit and legal-acceptance records support service operation, accountability and investigation; exact accepted legal versions and actual acceptance timestamps are retained.
Purposes and lawful operational uses
Information is used to provide accounts and content, process uploads, save private learning data, manage events, respond to requests, send transactional or selected notifications, moderate content and protect the service. We use information only for lawful operational purposes, including providing requested services, legitimate security and moderation needs, consent-based optional communications and applicable legal obligations, as relevant under applicable law. Optional marketing choices are separate from essential service communications.
Authentication, database and storage
Lovable Cloud provides authentication, database processing and storage using its underlying Supabase services. These services process information necessary to operate the platform under access controls. We do not disclose passwords in public profile records.
Video and external providers
Bunny Stream processes and delivers uploaded video files and associated technical information. YouTube, Vimeo and other embedded providers may receive device, network, playback and storage information when their players are used, under their own privacy policies. External video remains on the provider's service rather than being rehosted to bypass restrictions.
Transactional email and necessary sharing
Resend processes recipient addresses, message content and delivery information for transactional emails. Necessary hosting, authentication, storage, video and email providers receive information needed for their services. Information may also be disclosed where legally required or necessary to investigate misuse and protect rights or safety. We do not publish private support reports or personal library collections as part of public analytics.
Cookies and essential storage
The platform uses cookies or browser storage for authentication, session state, essential security and learning/player preferences. If you choose Remember me, email-address suggestions may be retained on that device; passwords are not saved by this feature. External players may use their own cookies or storage. Browser controls can remove storage, but doing so may sign you out or clear local preferences. Non-essential advertising technologies are not required for the current service.
Retention, deletion and deactivation
Information is retained as necessary for the service, requested account features, security, moderation, disputes and applicable obligations. No fixed retention period is promised in this interim policy. You may request access, correction, deletion or account deactivation through the platform. Identity verification may be required. Deactivation does not automatically delete every upload, backup, provider record, audit entry or legal-acceptance record; requests and lawful retention exceptions are reviewed individually.
Security safeguards and limitations
Authentication, restricted access, private storage, permission checks and audit records help safeguard information. No system can guarantee absolute security. Protect your credentials and report suspected misuse without sending passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.
Children and eligibility
The service is intended for veterinary professionals and learners, not directed at young children. Use and registration must be lawful for your age and location; involve a parent or guardian where required. No additional numeric age threshold is established here. Contact support if you believe a child has provided information unlawfully.
International processing and privacy rights
Service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Applicable protections and rights depend on the relevant law and processing circumstances. Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or withdrawal of consent where relevant, and contact an appropriate supervisory authority. We review and respond to requests after appropriate identity checks; withdrawal does not undo earlier lawful processing.
Policy changes and contact
