Acceptance and operator
vSAM VETSTREAM by vSAM AI TECHNOLOGIES is a veterinary educational video platform operated by vSAM AI TECHNOLOGIES. By using the platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Registered features require acceptance of the current Terms, Privacy Policy and Veterinary Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Eligibility and account responsibilities
The platform is intended for veterinary professionals, educators and learners. Use it only where you can lawfully agree to these terms; minors should involve a parent or guardian where applicable law requires it. Provide accurate information, protect your credentials and report unauthorized access through Contact Support. Do not impersonate others, share accounts to bypass restrictions or misrepresent qualifications.
Public viewing and registered features
Published educational content may be browsed and watched without registration or subscription. Registered-user features include uploads, comments, reactions, saved videos, private playlists, viewing progress and event participation, subject to the feature's requirements and availability.
Uploads and publication
Registered users and contributors may publish veterinary educational content after technical processing is complete. Published content may be reviewed later by the vSAM VETSTREAM administration team and may be reclassified, unpublished or removed if it does not meet platform requirements. Required checks, uploader confirmations and technical processing still apply. An upload or link may be unavailable while processing, if a provider restricts playback, or if platform requirements are not met. Publication is not clinical validation or an endorsement.
Uploader responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy, context and lawful use of your videos, metadata and other submissions. Obtain all necessary copyright permissions and patient/client consents, and remove or lawfully handle identifying names, faces, records and other confidential information. Do not upload material you have no right to share. Disclose commercial or institutional support; educational and clinical editorial decisions remain independent.
Prohibited content and conduct
Do not submit unlawful, misleading, harmful, abusive, discriminatory, infringing or malicious material. Do not harass others, spam, misrepresent clinical evidence, expose confidential information, bypass provider restrictions or interfere with platform security. Graphic clinical content must have an appropriate educational context.
Post-publication moderation
The administration team may review published material later and may edit metadata, reclassify, unpublish, archive or remove content for quality, relevance, safety, privacy, copyright or other platform requirements. Reports do not automatically remove content. Moderation may also restrict comments or accounts. Where appropriate, the uploader may receive a reason and may contact support about the decision; urgent safeguards need not wait for a response.
Educational purpose
Content supports veterinary education and professional discussion, not individual clinical advice, diagnosis, prescriptions or treatment. Use does not create a veterinarian–client–patient relationship. Clinical decisions remain with the attending qualified veterinarian. Read the Veterinary Disclaimer and independently verify current information.
Intellectual property and limited licence
You retain ownership of content you lawfully own. By uploading it, you grant vSAM AI TECHNOLOGIES a non-exclusive licence to host, store, process, encode, display and distribute it through vSAM VETSTREAM and necessary service providers solely to operate and deliver the platform. This is not a transfer of ownership or a permission for unrelated commercial reuse. Removing content ends future platform distribution where practicable, subject to provider processing, necessary backups and lawful retention. Platform branding and original materials remain the property of their respective rights holders. Viewing does not grant permission to copy or redistribute videos.
External videos and Bunny Stream
YouTube, Vimeo and other external videos use their providers' embedded players and remain subject to the owners' rights and provider terms. The platform does not download or rehost those videos to bypass restrictions. Uploaded files may be processed and delivered through Bunny Stream. Third-party availability, privacy practices and restrictions can change; no video-download right is granted.
Comments, reactions and community
Keep discussion respectful, relevant and professionally responsible. You are responsible for your comments. Reactions are community feedback, not clinical validation. Report concerns through the available reporting controls or Contact Support. Comments and reactions may be moderated under platform requirements.
Suspension and termination
Access or privileges may be suspended or terminated for misuse, serious or repeated violations, security concerns or legal requirements. You may request account deactivation through the platform. Deactivation is reviewed and does not automatically erase every submission, audit record or legal acceptance; privacy requests are considered subject to applicable law.
Future optional membership
Optional paid membership may be offered in the future. Current membership plans are Coming Soon; purchasing, payments and subscription enforcement are not active. No subscription is required to view currently published public educational content. Any future commercial offer will identify its price, benefits and applicable terms before purchase.
Availability and third-party services
Features may change, be interrupted or become unavailable because of maintenance, technical failures, provider restrictions or other circumstances. Continuous availability, error-free operation and completeness of contributed information are not guaranteed. Necessary third-party services have their own terms and policies.
Liability and mandatory rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, vSAM AI TECHNOLOGIES does not guarantee the accuracy, suitability or completeness of contributed material and is not responsible for clinical decisions based on it or losses arising from third-party interruptions or misuse. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Apply clinical judgement and seek qualified advice for individual cases.
Changes and applicable law
The platform and these terms may change. The published version and update date identify the current terms; material changes may require a fresh acceptance when activated by the administrator. Earlier acceptance records are not backdated or replaced. Governing law and dispute jurisdiction: to be confirmed following legal review; no specific jurisdiction is designated in these interim terms, and mandatory applicable rights remain unaffected.
